VPN Client

We have a new ASA5510 firewall in our network. Some VPN Clients can connect successfully to the firewall, yet others can not. On some users they consistently can build a VPN, yet it "disconnects".

Some other VPN clients and our site-site work well.

Upgrading to the latest 5.02 VPN Client does not solve the problem. Of the people who can not connect, one person uses dial-up and another uses DSL.

Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Thanks for the reply. I now understand that all clients can build a tunnel to the ASA5510, yet they initiate contact with their Outlook account and get "disconnected". The clients can ping servers and hosts on the network. None of the clients can access Outlook during the VPN session.

Another annomally is that hosts can not access Outlook Web Client (OWA) while on the LAN. I do not know if the above are related.
