Hello,
i have CCM 6.0 and i want to configure the presence feature, but it doesn't work correctly.
What is the prerequisites of BLF Feature.

Setup the SUBSCRIBE CALLING SEARCH SPACE on each device and then configure the BLF button on the phone. Make sure the phone is the 79X[1245] or 7914.
The subscribe CSS should contain a common shared partition such as internal-pt.

You also need to enable BLF under enterprise parameters for Call Manager
