vpn error 412 on windowsxp sp2

Hi All,

A client of mine is getting error 412 (Error Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding. )

We have tried using no firewall and this still happens. One funny thing that is happening is if I ping from my local PC to their PC (VPN address) the session stays up.

I am using an asa8.0. Does anyone have any solutions for this problem?
