CCM 5.1.3 and logging

Hi all!

A few days ago we have lost the communication to our Transcoders, normally registered on CCM, but I'm not able to find where is stored the information about "when" (and "why") link was broken.

I'm sure this info is written somewhere into logs, could you guide me to look for the right place ?

yes, look at the application log. the info should be in there if not overwritten by what was logged this past few days
