CUOM - service level view - displaying Route Lists

We have 5 clusters in cu Operations Manager and one of the clusters, in the Service Level View, has a folder that contains a current 'Route List Report' for that cluster.

None of the other clusters have a route list folder and I wanted to add that to the other 4.

I know that in order to view route group data 'polling for Cluster Utilization Settings' must be enabled, but we just want the list with no performance data. Cluster Utilizations is NOT configured on the cluster that currently displays the Route List.

The "Voice Utilization settings" polling parameters should be enabled on the Clustermgroup (not the call manager). Also make sure the MGCP gateways that are part of the RG are in fully monitored state.
