Cisco NAC Guest User Registration - Problems

Iam using Cisco NAC 4.1.3 which has a new feature called Guest User Registration. The Cisco NAC Agent is downloaded for the first time through the browser redirection. Once the Guest user fills the registration form, posture assessment is done and network access is granted. When the guest user logs out or kicked out through NAM or Deleted from Online users list or deleted from the Guest users TAB, the guest user is unable to login with the same username and password used before.

The Cisco NAC Agent gives an Error message as "Invalid username and password".

Have anyone came across a similar issue?

Is there any workaround for this issue?

kindly help ASAP?

re-generate the termporary cert and try again . you willl not get any error.
