attendence console

when using attendence console the error message appears "failed to transfer to voice mail"


Transfer to extention or directory listing works fine.


The attendence console service has been stopped and started, the pcs rebooted - the software installed without firewall


any ideas? many thanks in advance

do the devices already have a VM profile?

Hi and thanks for the reply - the CM version they are using is 6.1 and yes theu have VM profiles set up
