Call Pickup Grp

Hi,

I have a 100 user sites, and my client wants to able to pickup calls from any user. Is this possible??

If i put everyone in the 'same' pickup group, it won't work, rite??... because what would happen if multiple incoming calls at the same time??

Correct, if you put 100 people in one large pickup group it would be a lottery as to which call you would be answering! Version dependant you can view which call you'll be answering and reject it.

Is this the way they worked in the past? What the client wants, they get! Make a note of the change and when they complain later on down the road that its not working how they wanted it to you've got something to fall back on.
