Cisco Outbound Option - Time zone Issue with India Campaigns (GMT +5.5)

With regard to the Outbound campaign configuration for India (GMT +5.5 hrs) timezone ,we are having the problems when the agent sets the callback at a particular time. The system takes the callback time with half an hour difference always ,as the timezone calculation for outbound option is referring to the rounded off value from the GMT time. Could somebody plz advise us on the solution ,if you had come accross this issue ever?


I have this problem too.

Hi Raj,

I haven't seen this before, please raise a TAC case or PDI case on this so that we could followup on it internally.

Thanks for u`r response on this. We have already raised a TAC case with regard to this and TAC responded that this was a known issue and expected to be fixed with ICM 7.5.
