What is the cheapest and easiest way to listen in on a phone call from another phone? We have a telerecruitment facility and the supervisors would like the ability to listen in on calls being made for training purposes.

You can certainly do this with CRS, but you might not need all of the capabilities in this product. Another option is IPcelerate's IPmonitor. Take a look at the following link.

Mike,
You will need a version of CRS that supports monitoring. For example, UCCE/IPCC Express Standard versions do not support monitoring. Beyond that, you will need to install this feature on your CRS server as indicated in the following document:
