VPN Anyconnect Client connection to ASA

When you have vpn Anyconect running on pc. What parameter needs to be configured on ASA in order to connect to the network? I have tried everything but don't work. I only get to login screen.

Still woudn't connect. i get logon, enter user/pass then woudn't connect.
