"CADLink.exe" error

We have a user who can login and logout of the Cisco Agent desktop and even answer calls from the queue. But, each time the agent handles a call, an error message "CADLink.exe"

error comes up, indicating that "No Connection could be made because the target machine

actively refused it".

I have this problem too.
