I cant see in Cisco IP Phone 7941 the CCG display

Hello :

I have a CRS script that when a call arrive the agent see the CCG display (example CUSTOMER ENTERPRISE1) in the 7941 IP Phone.Other script have the same sctructure but adds an DTMF option :

option 1 : call redirect to A person

optin 2 : call redirect to B person

In this case I want to see Customer Enterprise2 in the 7941 display.. but I only can see the originator phone number...

Any Idea???
