fast recovery from T1 failure in a dual T1 lease-line setup

We're looking for the best technology solution to most quickly recover from a single T1 outage, in a dual T1 lease-line setup.

Time sensistive application means we are looking for minimum recovery time from a failure.

Is it a point to point setup between these two locations ?

if its the case have you configured dual static routes via the leased lines pointing towards the interface on which its terminated ?

Also do throw some light on the current setup you have in place out there.
