Cisco 2514 Bad I/O error ....

the 2514 router i'm working on doesnt reload/boot up, to allow me to logon at all. As soon as I turn it on it gives me a:- Bad I/O memory -wrote 0x04002004, read 0x0C002004 at location 0x04002000_ error. Can someone point me in the correct direction here please? Thanks

The 2500 series were "run from flash" so it looks like you got some toasted chips.

Oh dear. Oh Well. Ok. Thanks for letting me know this. Confirms that I had a feeling it was going to go to the PC workshop for this one. CAN I FIX IT MYSELF? HOW? Much Thanks again.
