Getting error when I enter RME...Reports

CRIN0014: Operation failed, caused by failure in connecting to JRM. Make sure jrm and/or CTMJrmWrapper services are running.

Windows 2003 SP2 has been rebooted with same result.

The jrm process = Waiting to initialize

Where should I look to fix?

Please post the output of "pdreg -l CTMJrmServer" as well as the output of the command "set".
