Customer is having a problem with several Cisco 7945G / 7965G / 7975G phones. Missed calls do not display on the main screen.
They can however be accessed from the call history, using the directories button.
A workaround for this is to power reset the phone. The problem is that the problem will come back again in a day or two.
Customer has one 7941G phone and that does not have this problem.
Not sure but customer says that the issue seems to have appeared after the New Zealand DST firmware upgrade was applied.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
The current phone firmware customer uses are:
Call manager version: 220.127.116.110-3
Customer seems to think (not sure) that the problem happened after upgrading Call Manager from 18.104.22.16800-2 to 22.214.171.1240-3
