Missed calls do not display on the main screen.

Customer is having a problem with several Cisco 7945G / 7965G / 7975G phones. Missed calls do not display on the main screen.

They can however be accessed from the call history, using the directories button.

A workaround for this is to power reset the phone. The problem is that the problem will come back again in a day or two.

Customer has one 7941G phone and that does not have this problem.

Not sure but customer says that the issue seems to have appeared after the New Zealand DST firmware upgrade was applied.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Version Details:

=================

The current phone firmware customer uses are:

7945G: SCCP45.8-3-4SR1S

7965G: SCCP45.8-3-4SR1S

7975G: SCCP75.8-3-2S

Call manager version: 5.1.3.2000-3

=========================================

Customer seems to think (not sure) that the problem happened after upgrading Call Manager from 5.1.2.3000-2 to 5.1.3.2000-3

I have this problem too.

Looks like a DN overlap issue.Use "c" instead of "o" for the overlay button config. This will enable a call-waiting beep if the line is in use and a call comes into one of the other overlayed dn's. It will also allow the missed calls to be displayed.
