We were upgrading the C350 device from OS version 5.5.1-011 to 6.1.0; after pressing reboot the device didn't come up again and the ping doesn't response.
Yesterday we made the same upgrade on another device and everything was ok.
if you have faced this problem before, what might be the reasons? if a
reversion of OS is needed, can you refer me to the proper KB article,
this would need to be done remotely.
