hallo,

I have just upgradet my sca 2000 pcube, current version is:

System version: Version 3.1.5 Build 263

Software version is: Version 3.1.5 Build 263

Application name: Engage SML Version 3.1.5GA build 012 (Protocol Pack PP13 buil 11)

the problem after upgrade (from 3.0.5 version) is:

most subscribers are not monitored by system, but some of them are.

when I issue command:

show int LineCard 0 subscriber name xxx

system tells, that no active sessions on this subscriber.

What could be the problem? reload the system I have already tried.

thank's for your answers,

if someone is interested and need more information about problem, ask me :)

"show interface linecard 0 subscriber name" is the command used To display the following information:

1)Mappings

2)OS counters (bandwidth and current number of flows)

3)All values of subscriber properties

4)VAS servers used per VAS Server Group

The message "no active sessions on this subscriber" states that no session is open for the subscriber mentioned in the command.
