CUOM Service level view

I'm installing a CUOM server all my devices and phones have been discovered, but when I'm trying to use Service level view it stop at 90% of the progresion bar "retrieving service level view data".

Have any idea why?

You could be hitting with a bug . you can try the details of this bug:CSCsd29615

The bug you mention is in closed state. SLV can take up to 30 minutes to build the topology after a server restart or the addition of CallManagers.
