Updating phone devices in callmanager 5

When I try updating already added phone devices in my callmanager5,say to enable extension mobility,it gives me 'error.could not update device.duplicate entry in unique field.' when I click on the SAVE icon.

What could be the problem

In order to workaround this issue, complete these steps:

Use CallManager Administration in order to find and delete the orphaned auto-generated device profile. In order to do this:

Choose Device > Device Settings > Device Profile.

Click Find > All.

Delete the ones that are not associated to any of the IP phones.

Restart the device.
