Hi,
I have two 3750 switch connected to eatch other.
There's a 802.1Q trunk between the two switchs. There's also VTP and Spantree activated on those switch. The two switch are in the same VTP domain, and they are server.
I added a VLAN 185 on the first 3750, and it did not reply on the second.
So I added manually in the second 3750 the VLAN 185.
I've configured an interface VLAN185 in both switchs, in the same network.
EX :
SWITCH1 : Int vlan185 ip : 10.10.1.1 255.255.255.0
SWITCH2 :Int vlan185 ip : 10.10.1.2 255.255.255.0
MY PROBLEM :
I'm not able to ping on both side anything in the vlan 185.
Tanks a lot.

Mmm. That is strange because it looks like the MD5 digest is different on the two switches. Sorry to insist, but are you sure there is not a VTP password? I have a synchronised domain, and I have the same MD5 digest on both server switches.
I presume these two switches are directly connected together via 3750-2 G1/0/25 to 3750-1 don't-know which port. Perhaps it would be useful to see the configs of the two ports connecting them together and a show cdp neighbor G1/0/25 detail.

Hi Shera,
First we need to make sure that the trunk between the switches is operational and thus please post a "show interfaces trunk", second we need to check the VTP status and thus please post a "show vtp status".
BR,
Mohammed Mahmoud.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay, can you please post a "show vtp password", "sh ip int brief" and "show ip route".
BR,
Mohammed Mahmoud.

Shera,
I've to go for now, to guide you in the logical directions, please check the VTP password on both switches, please make sure that the SVI interfaces are up/up and that ip routing is enabled.
BR,
Mohammed Mahmoud.

a "show vtp counters" would be helpful, too.

Thanks a lot to everyone.
Using the command show cdp neighbour, we find that an other switch is use a relay between the two previous one and that switch was not in the same vtp domain and did not had all vlans that we need.
