hi guys
when i want to open JTAPI call control group nothing shows!!! the page is empty!
any idea please?

was is working before or is this new?
If your cc was working and queues are there then you must have a call control group.
Check your synchronization. Run it, if there are errors you will know.

I have installed my CC on same server that CCM is! both are in same server,
i wonder that when i click on the link the page appears nothing! an emty page!
