If I transfer outside call to an OPERATOR directly, there is no problem.

But when outside call trasferred to TCL-AA, FXO disconnect problem ocuurs.

I observe the same problem with CUE also

You will likely need a tone detection based configuration:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk653/technologies_tech_note09186a00800ae2d1.shtml

I configure tone detection

It works without TCL-AA

With TCL-AA it doesnt work

here is my config, I also attach disconnect tones

voice class custom-cptone TT-ESS

dualtone out-of-service

frequency 2060

cadence 100 100 100 100 100 100 100 100

dualtone disconnect

frequency 450

cadence 600 200 200 200 200 200 200 200

voice-port 2/0/8

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone TT-ESS

supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1

timeouts call-disconnect 3

timeouts wait-release 3

timing hookflash-out 500

connection plar 8005550123

Which exact IOS are you running ? There is a bug about that. Try "connection plar opx" as a workaround.

My tone detection parameters are correct?

I write them by using cooledit software

I am not sure abouth frequency and cadence?

Are they correct?

My telecom disconnect sequence changes with time;

200 200 600 200 200 200 200 200 ......

or

600 200 200 200 200 200 200 200 ......

does it cause problem

Here is my config?

Hi,

You have to know if your tones are correct, I don't even know where are you.

Tone-based disconnection is never very reliable and thta's the reason one should always used ISDN for sure, professional results.

Hello Recep,

I'm facing the same problem. Was this ever solved?

The call is disconnected fine if the AA transfers it to an extension or the operator.

But if the PSTN caller disconnects in the middle of the menu prompts, the port remains off-hook.

I tried different tones with no changes.

Regards,

Ahmed
