just open a browser and type:

http://Exchange IP/exchange

you will need the users credentials to log in and delete mails from his personal mailbox

if you want to delete the actual mailbox under exchange in first place using the exchange tasks in the ADUC de-attach the mailbox for the user

then in the exchange admin run the cleanup wizard for the mailstore, that will check for orphaned mailboxes, the ones you de-attached will show up with a red X, then you can right click on them and purge them

there's a big difference between mentioning you want to delete some mails from a mailbox and saying you want to delete a mailbox.

use OWA to delete the mails in a faster way than thru the phone
