I always used the voice gateway like h323 gateway or mgcp gateway on enterprise 100% Cisco.
Now, I want use the cisco voice gateway like sip gateway in a customer!
The solution is a site central with 2 (two) CCM 5 or 6 and n remote site with voice gateway/srst.
What I won and lost implementing SIP?
What kinds of difficulties you have had deploying the routers and SIP voice gateway?
Is there any visible difference to the customer and for me as technical using SIP, or actually, is only a mere whim on my part?
Finally, I would like to know the experience of you with this.
