Hello everybody. I have big problem. My Windows admins want to change domain of IPCC. As I know, when I installed ICM, in AD was created OU Cisco etc. I want to know , IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE DOMAIN OF IPCC AND ICM??
Can I use Domain Manager to configure ICM for new domain? I suppose it should be standatd solution for new DOMAIN. Because reinstalling ICM isn't the best solution for so big software!
you could use the Domain Maanger to create a new OU for the newly created users and structure and so on, but there is no migration strategy due to the Security model and DB structure being tight into a specific Domain, so the only true and supported solution to migrate an existing scenario is to reinstall.
