Does anyone know how to restart the b-acd application without resarting the router? I saw a command 'service load' but it's not available in my current IOS. I am running 2.1.2.2 tcl scripts.

Hi,
Use the "show call application sessions" to figure out the appication's ID number and then
use "call application session stop id #" to stop the application.
