IP Phone Slow the Connection

HI,

I had Noticed that internet connection is too slow while using ciso ip phones (7940,7960) while when connected directly to the Switch it is fine, I had changed the ip phone with new one but still get same Problem.

I had CCM4.2, Cat6509, 3750 and 3560 switches installed.

Could any one help in this issue.

I also attache my switches Configuration

Does the problem only occur when making a call and browsing the internet at the same time?

Does pinging the default gateway reveal any difference when connected through phone or directly?

Have you checked for duplex/speed errors on the phone's PC interface?

Have you checked the WAN utilization when internet is slow.

Thank you for your reply.

.The problem occurs even when no internet browsing and no call.

.Pinging to the default gateway does not show any differece.

.for duplex/speed i had tried all possible combinations but no luck.

.for the WAN utilization i checked the internet utlization is unchanged i mean it is stable.

I also had FWSM module installed on the switch and someone alse had had the configuration, does FWSM had any affect on this issue.
