Set the IP phone access port to override the priority received from the PC or the attached device.

I send packet from PC which attached to 7960 with TOS 7, then monitor this switch interface and found all received packet(originated from that pc) has a TOS with value 2 which I think it should be 5.
the "2" was defined by " mls qos cos 2", I thought the "2" should only be set when incoming packet does not have COS setup, and command "switchport priority extend cos 5" should be more preferable.
