Solved: Cannot Addon 2 7914 Expansion Modules

Hi

We have a 7961GE phone for the receptionist with 2 7914 installed. When using the Addon command, only 1 can be added.

Also, I am trying to setup the Button-Watch feature on the 7914's, and having no success. Following the CLI.

Any suggestions?

The command is as follows:

type 7961 addon 1 7914 2 7914

Hi, after "addon 1" continue and enter "addon 2".

Whta is button watch: ? To monitor, most people just use them m separator: button 2m10

Hi

I tried it, and it does not recognize addon 2 as a valid command.

I confirmed both 7914 expansion modules are attached properly to the 7961GE phone.

Any ideas?
