Help, TCL AA Running me MAD!!!!

Hi,

I am tryin to deploy TCL aa in my lab and Im running berzerk now!!!!

My config and debug voice application script are show below:

After I had no succes with this, I downloaded Paolo's tcl script and below is the error is I get on this one too

For some bizzare reason it says it cant find application aa whihc is defined under service aa.

I have spent hours going through posts on similar things her and now i give up!

You're using the wrong file for queue service, the one you want doesn't have "aa" in the name, from the same archive.

Hi, you have not configured the queue service, that you're referring as "cme".

That is, the other TCL file (two files plus prompts make a complete B-ACD/AA install). Check the documentation again, there are many examples.
