I have two call managers connected via an intercluster trunk (H.323) UNity 5.x server is at site 1 which has CUCM 5.0. WHen I call from an external phone to a user at site 2 (CUCM 4.3) and the call forwards to voicemail I cannot hear the Unity. I can leave a message in the user's mailbox - so audio to UNity works but not the other way around. If I call a user at site 2 over the trunk it works both ways.
Where should i be looking for this problem?
routing issues that prevent the RTP from unity to reach the GW would be the first thing i check
also check there are no codec issues
