Solved: Download Cisco IOS

Hello

I have a cisco 800 ADSL series router. The router's FLASH was erased and now it only boots into rommon mode. I need to download the IOS but am not sure how/where as the download section requires a username and password and my company is not registered with cisco. We only assist with troubleshooting etc but are not major cisco partner/reseller.

Can someone please help me?

You need to have a service contract in order to be able to download any software from Cisco.

If you have a service contract, you can associate this contract to your user profile in CCO under the 'profile' link at www.cisco.com
