Hello.
When trying to access the Alternate Extensions page of a Cisco Unity Subscriber, a blank page is shown in the frame. This server has been restored twice with the Cisco Unity 5.0 Installation, and the same problem keeps appearing. Any suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards.

Hi, Did you get this resolved. I have just upgraded to 5.0.1 from 4.0.5 and have the same issue.
Thanks

This also affects the integration page not showning following changing the unitymsgstoresvc password. Also you see DCOM logon error 10004. To fix this do the following:
Admin Tools, Component Services, Computers, My Computer, COM+ Applications, Right Click Cisco Unity and select properties, Indentity and update unitymsgstoresvc password.
Thanks

You are the MAN!!!!
I have the same problem. Mine is a Unity 7 new install but I can't see message, alternate extension, migration page. And I have DCOM error 10010.
I used your method, didn't even restart and everything works fine.
thanks again!

Check to ensure that services that Cisco Unity uses are running with correct "Log On As" accounts as described in http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity/5x/upgrade/guide/ex/5xcurugeappb.html#wpxref30965
Not all services require domain accounts, some run as Local System. Note you have to restart the service for changes to take effect.
