hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone uses the voip intergration tool to remotely control cisco ip phones.I had this working perfectly on 4.1.3 but for some reason on ccm 5.1 it connects to the remote phone as normal but i cannot get hear any audio/dialtone from the remote device.

Any suggestions appreciated ??

There is a tool called Variphy that works very well. Of course, you will have to pay for it, but it has alot of other nice features.

Clarus Systems has a product with remote phone control for versions 4.x - 6.x as well as other features.
