Maintaining ECC variable in UCCX to TAPI after call routing

Hello all, I have an application which establish a TAPI connection to CallManager 5.1 for receiving CTI data such as ANIS, DNIS... etc

May i kmow how could I keep/copy the ECC variable in UCCX 5 to the CTI variable in CallManager after call routing to an avaiable agent in UCCX CSQ?

My ultimate goal is to make the ECC variable reported in my application (which have a TAPI connection to CCM to receive CTI data)

Hi Patrick,

I would consider a workflow to launch somehow an external application step and populate from there you variables.
