CAR login issue

Hi all,


Just started a new job; took over CCM from previous Admin. Upgraded CCM from 4.1 to 4.3.2 successfully. Reintalled CAR from CCM 4.3.2 and cannot login using CCMAdmin user/pass. Is there a password reset functionality for CAR? Shouldn't the user/pass I use for CCMAdmin work for CAR as well? Please advise.

The CCMAdmin password will not generally be the same;


This doc has some good detailed steps for what you need to do;
