Hi All,

I am using CCM version 5.x . We have got PSTN gateway 2851 router on which PRI is terminated for making outgoing & receiving incoming calls from PSTN world.

The problem which I am facing is that number being displayed at receiver end is 460XXXX.

What we want is that no. to be displayed should be 460YYYY for all outgoing calls which are made from IP phones to PSTN world.

Is that possible? Pls. guide.

yes, you need to configure that mask as the calling party transformation under the route pattern

if you set it to 460XXXX the number will be 460 + 4 digit extension
