Hi,
I' am having big problems with CSC. When someone want to download a file, it stops at 80KB (always ~80KB). Only when i restart or shutdown the CSC, the download works.
Version is 6.2.1599.2
How can i solve this problem?
2. The ASDM cannot communicate with CSC. I get this error (see attach)
With CLI I can access the CSC.
The management port on ASA is down.
The CSC is on the same subnet as the Inside interface.

Hi
Make your CSC Ip address to Outside ip Range or Management Ip range. if your ASA Management Ip is 192.168.1.1 ,make your CSC IP address as 192.168.1.2 and gateway as 192.168.1.1. and also your CSC Ip address needs to access internet becoz its automatically download updates from internet.if you dont mind post your ASA interface config i wil post your CSC ip config

hi Mohana,
I am having a similar doubt regarding the CSC ip address.
I have assigned the CSC ip address as 192.168.1.2 and ASA MGMT as 192.168.1.1
I removed the management-only command and put it on PAT, thus my MGMT PC is able to access the internet.
Unfortunately the CSC is not able perfor any component UPDATES. Please advice
