One of our customers has got CUE and CCME set up. The problem he is facing is that when a message is left by a caller in the CUE, the message indication appears after several days. For example if a caller calls now and leaves a message, and if I check for a message in the mail box, there won't be any message. However the message will appear after several days and then only I can retrieve that message. Has anyone come accross such a problem. If yes please give me a hint on how to solve the problem.
