Hello,
I am about to do in install for a customer and I was wondering if there is anyway to create a custom window inside Attendant Console, like a separate directory and pull this from a different file? Has anyone seen or done this before. For instance a hospital might want the employee directory and also a patient directory to forward phone calls to. The employee directory would be the CUCM directory and the patient directory would be separate but still shown in Attendant Console.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to perform something like this?

You could build a custom CSV file for the directory on the AC. But since your patients change, you will have to update this file yourself whenever changes take place.
Check this link.

I understand that, the only thing is the customer doesn't want the patients mixed in with the employees. We don't want to enter the patients in CallManager either.

unfortunately the AC cannot be customized the way you want, you cannot create any new windows for the interface

Well, eventually, AC will be dumped and this will be put in its place from what I heard.

I have not used it yet, it's on my plate coming up. Possibly the directory is much better.
