Trying to install on XP laptop. It installs ok but after launches it only allows me to enter a few keys in username/password box then freezes. Tried uninstall/reinstall, tried .exe/.msi files.
Does it matter that IP Communicator also on laptop?

It should work fine, which version you are using for CUPC?
It was working fine at some point?
