Can we track the traffic that is generated from the Linux desktops to the Linux servers over the LAN. Currently I have LMS2.6 but any other suggestion (ie ip accounting) is appreciated.

I have this problem too.

LMS 2.6 only runs in Solaris 8 (Solaris 2.8) and Solaris 9, (Solaris 2.9), Windows 2000 and Windows 2003.

Please use V3.6 client for Linux, and use Local LAN access default list to bypass traffic. Make sure that on the client side you have "EnableLocalLAN=1" and on the concentrator make sure that you have "Tunnel everything" and "Allow these networks to bypass the tunnel" checkbox checked.
