I'm unfamiliar with the 4500 series QoS specifically, or whether it supports any auto QoS features, but in general, either a two class model (real-time and BE), or a four class model (e.g. real-time, better than BE, BE and less than BE) model works well. (Many LAN switches that support QoS/CoS, usually only support two or four classes.)

How to use the four class model, real-time traffic, like VoIP in a LLQ class; really important/critical (and hopefully lightweight) traffic, like voice signally, in the better then BE class (minimal bandwidth guarantee sufficient so traffic usually doesn't queue); really bad traffic, like server network backups, in the less than BE class with a minimal bandwidth guarantee (perhaps only 1%); everything else in BE.

[edit]

PS:

The software configuration guides for your IOS version should have a section about QoS.

thansk for your reply, can you tell me how to find a configuration guide for my IOS version?

thanks
