Is there any way in Callmanager (6.1) to provide email notification of 911 calls without having Cisco Emergency Responder. Is this possible?

Is it possible to get these records at least in CDR reporting? I have never been able to find them in there either. Is it at least possible to get the info on demand in CDR? Even if notification is not available outside CER.

that you can get, do a CDR search for what you dial, whether it's 911 or 9911
