Problems with DHCP's and two WAP

I have a friend who needed to have two wireless networks, one for visitors and another for the local network, both in vlan different, they have 3 wap Cisco Aironet one of them is the root and others are connected to this, the three are connected to a switch core, this core switch had already set up a pool dhcp for visitors, then add another pool dhcp vlan associated with the local network; wap are configured in two ssid, each assigned to its rightful vlan ; Only ssid of visitors has defined broadcast do. The problem is that when a laptop is connected to the LAN ssid, assigned an IP address of the network segment of visitors (192.168.1.0) and no segment of the local area network (192.168.0.0), because it gives this problem?, I thought perhaps that was the problem with dhcp set to switch the core, then what I did was lift a service dhcp on a server but gives the same problem.

As clarification, the PC LAN is assigned static ip

Greetings

I have this problem too.
