unityadmin not associated with Unity subscriber

Folks,

I recently installed unity 4.1 and when I launch the unity admin page, i get a message that says that unityadmin user is not associated with the unity subscriber? how can i fix this please, all posts will be graded.

you need to associate the user with the grantunityaccess tool

what wrong am i doing?

it's not unityadmin, usually it's the eadmin

GrantUnityAccess -u \ -s eadmin1324234

my domain is unitydomian and i have a user by the name of unityadmin,what should i do so that he has access to unityadmin page please.

this will work I promise

GrantUnityAccess -u \ -s installer

this is what it should be

after you are done you can do this

GrantUnityAccess -l
