Hi,

You can use ASA 5505 to create IPSec VPN tunnel between servers if the servers are located on two different networks/sites.

See the link below for steps to create a simple IPSec VPN tunnel between two site.

You can create/terminate a secure tunnel between two security appliences and have servers behind them utilize that secure tunnel communication to exchange information by encripted means. All asa5500 firewalls or any Ipsec capable device can do this.

Unclear here, what are you trying to do? do you want to build secure ipsec tunnel within your LAN? where are these two servers in relation to your LAN and firewall topology, can you provide more information to assist you better.
