Busy Tone after Max Connections

I configured the "max-conn" parameter on my H323 voice gateway (see "dial-peer" here below).

When the maximum number of calls is reached, the calling party receives the "out of order" tone.

Is it possile to configure something so he would receive the "busy" tone in that case in place of that "out of order" tone?

It's a matter of how "max-conn" works. We need to limit the maximum number of calls to a DID. When we use "max-conn" to do so the outside caller is not receiving a busy signal but a message stating to check the number and dial again.
